Case Z-01-26 is requested by Jagjit Singh (owner). The owner is requesting to rezone 9403 National Rd,

in Clay Township; Section 21, Town 6, Range 4E. The request is to change the zoning of the 1.584-acre

lot from the current RA to I-1 to allow for the operation of a towing company.

The case is being heard by the Montgomery County Planning Commission on July 9, 2026.
