When the
holiday falls during the week, and your scheduled service day falls on
or after the holiday, the pickup will be delayed by one day. If your
scheduled service day is prior to the holiday, the pickup day will not
change.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our customer
service representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday at 937-268-8110. We will be happy to assist you with
any questions regarding your services.
BULK ITEMS
If you need to
dispose of a few large items such as appliances, furniture, etc.,
please call our customer service department to schedule a bulk item
pick up. Dempsey Waste requires 48 hours notice to schedule these
items. Bulk items are picked up on your regularly scheduled day.
Note: there is a limit of 2 items per month.
BILLING
Property owners
are required to promptly pay for the services in advance of each
quarter at such rates for such services as determined by the ClayPhil
Waste District. Failure to make prompt payment shall result in any
deficiency being assessed against said property owner’s property with
interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum plus costs as determined
by ClayPhil Waste District.
