* We accept checks & cash are accepted. We DO NOT accept credit cards.

* 32” maximum for a single grave stone in Section I.

* No burials on Government Holidays or Sunday unless specific arrangements are made with the Clay Township Trustees.

* 36-hour notice for all opening & closing of graves, by noon on Friday for Monday service.

	Regular Opening & Closing 7am-2:45pm - $ 450.00
	Funeral – Saturday Morning Total - $ 650.00
	Funeral – Saturday Afternoon Total - $ 750.00
	Funeral in Cemetery after 3:00 p.m. Total - $ 650.00
	Mausoleum burial - $ 250.00
	Vases (2) 14 X 14 - $ 100.00
	Footers - $ 14.00 cu.ft.
	Minimum charge for any cement footer - $ 100.00
	Government Marker Installation - $ 100.00
	Three (3) Grave Lot - $ 500.00
	Double (2) Grave Lot - $ 450.00
	Single Grave - $ 250.00
	Deed Transfer - $ 25.00
	Returned Check Fee - $ 30.00
